These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the XXprezz Lust Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination.
2. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate tracking link. You are responsible for ensuring that your links are used correctly. We are not responsible for commissions lost due to improper link placement or technical issues beyond our control.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn up to 20% commission per completed sale.
- Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal only.
- Shipping costs, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are excluded.
- Commission rates may vary based on performance or individual agreements.
4. Cookie Duration
Our affiliate tracking cookies remain active for 30 days. If a customer completes a purchase within this period, the commission will be credited to the referring affiliate.
5. Payments & Payouts
- Payouts are processed after commissions are marked as approved.
- A minimum payout threshold may apply.
- Payment methods and schedules are determined by XXprezz Lust.
- Unpaid commissions may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud or violations.
6. Allowed & Prohibited Traffic
Allowed traffic sources include:
- Websites and blogs you own or manage
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing (only to users who have given consent)
Prohibited methods include:
- Spam (email, comments, forums, or messages)
- Misleading or false advertising
- Unauthorized brand bidding or trademark usage
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Incentivized or fraudulent traffic
7. Brand & Content Guidelines
Affiliates may not present themselves as employees or official representatives of XXprezz Lust. All promotional content must be accurate, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws and platform rules.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Any refunded or charged-back orders will result in the corresponding commission being deducted from your affiliate balance.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
10. Modifications
We may update or modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
XXprezz Lust shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction determined by XXprezz Lust.
