1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of xxprezzlust.com and all transactions between XXprezz Lust and its customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in their current version.
Our products are intended for private individuals over the age of 18.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products and information (images, descriptions, prices) as accurately as possible. Slight variations (e.g., packaging, colors) may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are displayed in CHF / EUR, including VAT where applicable.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Secure payments via Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, major credit cards)
- All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders placed before 17:00 CET are usually dispatched the same business day.
- Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days within Switzerland & the EU.
- Free shipping on orders over CHF 50.
- All parcels are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- Customers may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
