Scope & Contract

These terms govern purchases on xxprezzlust.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products & Availability

We strive for accurate descriptions and stock information. Minor deviations in packaging or design may occur. Adult products are sold only to customers aged 18+.

Prices, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. For cross-border orders, import VAT/duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery (DAP). Any promotions or coupons are applied at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via WooPayments/Stripe. Available methods include major credit/debit cards and express wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay). Country-specific methods (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact) appear when eligible.

Shipping

Shipping options, fees and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Free shipping threshold: orders from €149 (details in our Shipping & Delivery page).

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened goods in original sealed packaging. For health/hygiene reasons certain items are non-returnable once opened. See Returns & Refunds.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from misuse. Always follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and use water-based lubricants where indicated.

Governing Law & Disputes

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules. EU customers may use the EU ODR platform: Online Dispute Resolution.

We may update these terms at any time. The version at the time of order applies.
