Free shipping on all orders above €149 (or local currency equivalent). The threshold is applied automatically at checkout.

📑 Taxes, Duties & Customs

For deliveries outside Switzerland, import VAT, duties or handling fees may be charged by the carrier upon delivery (DAP terms), unless otherwise indicated at checkout. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original sealed packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging opened.
  • Gift cards and downloadable items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@xxprezzlust.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Pack items securely and include all accessories/manuals.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the outer packaging and the product so we can resolve this quickly.

💳 Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is refunded.

🛡 Warranty (Switzerland)

Statutory warranty rights apply under Swiss law. Manufacturing defects are covered for the legal warranty period. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
