Return Policy

At XXprezz Lust, your satisfaction is important to us. As we work with our official supplier Dreamlove, our return policy follows strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed intimate items cannot be returned.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

2. Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team.

3. Return Method & Costs

• Returns must be shipped back via mail/courier.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, in which case XXprezz Lust will cover the return costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our supplier.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
