Orders and Shipping

For Swiss customers, Swiss VAT is included where applicable (8.1% standard). Outside Switzerland, local VAT/GST or duties may apply per your country’s rules.

We never print product names outside the parcel. Your payment statement shows the store/processor name, not product names.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety, returns are accepted within 14 days only for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging. Opened intimate items, lubricants, cosmetics, and lingerie/underwear can’t be returned unless faulty.

Contact support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorised returns may be refused.

If we made an error or the item is faulty, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns of eligible unopened items, the customer pays return shipping.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Report within 48 hours with clear photos/video of the packaging and item. We’ll resolve it quickly.

If the item is unopened and eligible, yes (subject to stock). We’ll provide instructions with your RMA.

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method—usually within 3–10 business days (bank times may vary).

Manufacturer warranties (typically 1–2 years) cover defects in materials/workmanship. Contact us with your order number and evidence; we’ll guide the claim.

Opened/used intimate devices, lubricants, cosmetics, lingerie/underwear, and clearance items marked “final sale,” unless faulty.

We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions with your RMA. Do not send returns before receiving authorization.
