Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You may also check your order status at Můj účet.

📑 Taxes, Duties & Customs

For deliveries outside Switzerland, import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may be charged by the carrier upon delivery (DAP terms). These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once opened or if the seal is broken.
  • Gift cards and downloadable items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@xxprezzlust.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Pack items securely with all manuals/accessories.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. A new order must be placed once your refund is completed.

🛡 Warranty (Switzerland)

Swiss statutory warranty rights apply for manufacturing defects. Misuse or improper handling is not covered.
